Our services
Attelo provides creative gathering and workshop experiences, including hosted gatherings, canvas customisation sessions, and event partnerships across the UK. Details of our services, pricing, and availability are set out on our website and may change from time to time.
Bookings and payments
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Attelo. A booking is only confirmed once you have received written confirmation from us. A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking date. The remaining balance is due prior to your gathering. Prices are as stated at the time of booking and are subject to change for future bookings.
Cancellations and changes
If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@attelo.co.uk. Cancellation terms will be confirmed at the time of booking. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a gathering in exceptional circumstances, in which case we will offer a full refund or alternative date.
Minimum numbers
Our hosted gatherings require a minimum of 8 guests. We recommend a group size of 6 or more for the best experience. If numbers fall below the minimum, we reserve the right to discuss alternative arrangements with you.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to Attelo and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written permission.
Photography and social media
Attelo may take photographs or video at gatherings for use in our marketing materials and social media. If you do not wish to be photographed, please let us know before your gathering. By attending, you give us permission to use images in which you appear, unless you have told us otherwise.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Attelo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant service. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
